The reivers residential

Sunday 4th September 2022

First of all, I'd like to thank Graham and Adam for all their support, as I couldn't have taken the lads away without them.

The boys performed well on the pitch and behaved impeccably off the field.
Whilst we didn't get wins desired, I believe most counties were surprised by the threats we posed during matches. Bearing in mind most of these teams have been playing together for a long time and probably played many matches prior. I think we gelled together really well in a short space of time.

Special mentions go to Varun for his stupendous bowling performance and his 5 wkt trophy in addition to being joint top wicket taker of the festival.

Will Hall, top scorer of runs for the team and being the second highest run scorer of the festival, narrowly missing out on the festival award.

I know this has been a great learning experience for all, especially the coaches and hopefully the boys have realised the expectations required of county standard teams.
Our coaches have highlighted areas for improvement to all if anyone should require a more specific plan please contact us. Looking ahead to 2023, we'll be implementing a player pathway starting with our popular indoor winter training course to be announced very soon. ( once confirmed we'll post on website and socials).

Enjoy what's left of the summer break and we look forward to working with you again soon.
Many thanks Ty
