Coaching update

We are reflecting on a busy week of coaching and updating on future events. Last Saturday, our first open session at Ponteland leisure Centre from 1pm to 2:30pm allowed us a gainful insight as to the potential of all those who attended, whilst they had a greater understanding of their technique. We look forward to seeing more next week and there are a few places remaining for players who wish to attend. Tuesday and Friday gone saw the start of our Dame Allan's (Tuesday) and St Joseph's (Friday) group sessions were we continue to improve all aspects of their game. Winter training & Reivers 2025 intake

Have you just missed out on county age group player path way selection but aspire for more? If so we want to help you progress your cricket. We've had lots of enquiries regarding our winter training and Reivers squad cohorts for 2025. Therefore we would like to invite you to attend an open session to progress for a place on our coaching programme. In addition we will also be offering our much sought after 1-2-1 sessions. We have been overwhelmed by the response to our open sessions at both Dame Allan's School (Newcastle) and St Joseph's Academy (Hebburn). We are in the process of inviting players to our performance Academy sessions fortnightly at those venue's. Where we can specialise and focus on individual's game awareness. We are pleased to announce a further two open sessions at Ponteland Leisure Centre on October 12th and 19th at 1pm to 2:30pm. Northern Reivers Academy Many of our players have been accepted into our squads for our Northern Reivers Academy teams, we are so pleased players have progressed to county standard and accepted into the county teams. We are excited to announce our first open indoor winter cricket sessions across the North East region will start at Dame Allan's School for all age groups on September 17th. Timings can be found on these links, (open view more) Under 15's and 19's book here Under 11's and 13's book here These sessions are open to all players boys & girls. Within the sessions we can determine the potential of those players who we can select for our Northern Reivers teams to represent us for 2025 season including County residential Festivals, regional and independent schools such as St Peter's and Bootham School York etc.
